Las Vegas/California trip

We went to a friends wedding the first week of June and planned to visit Tyler, Jessica and Jack on our way.  They gave Devin a graduation gift and flew him down so we only had to buy a ticket for me. Thanks guys!  It was so much fun visiting them.
We went to a pro bass shop that was H-HUGE.  There was a mermaid, stuffed animal displays everywhere and we got Eli a little otter and he loves it.

We went to an Excalibur Show "Tournament of the Kings".  It was a blast! We had a meal fit for a King.  Eli and Jack really enjoyed it as well.

We went to the strip and to the Bellagio to watch the water show. There were some Danish people next to us and Devin started talking to them. They couldn't believe Devin knew the language so good for only being there for two years and it being almost four years since he's been there. Devin was so excited.

We went to a shark reef aquarium and there was a lot of neat sea creatures. I loved the jellyfish and octopus. Devin and I touched a string ray and Eli touched a horse shoe crab.  Then you go in this shipwreck and the sharks and sea creatures are swimming all around you even underneath you. It was neat.

Eli had lots of fun with his cousin Jack. They were fun to watch play together.

Disneyland! My Dad picked us up in the Suburban and we drove to California.  My mom, Ben and Erica flew in that night. The next day we went to Disneyland. It was a blast. We hit all the rides and Eli did really good.  Eli loved the clam chowder there. He went on the tea cups, carousel and the bugs life ride and loved it.
Eli took a few cat naps thank goodness.
The kids loved the jungle cruise and we met Aladdin.
Oh, and we went to part of the water color show and it was phenomenal. It was a lot better then I thought it would be, it was cool.

The next day we went to the beach.  Eli wasn't too sure about the waves but he loved playing in the sand with his new sand toys. The waves that day were very fierce so you couldn't go out too far.

The next day was our friends wedding and It was a blast.  She got married in the Los Angeles LDS temple and we had a fiesta that night. It was such a fun trip I didn't want to come home.
