Christmas/New Year's Festivities

Christmas was a lot of fun and it went by so fast. We spent Christmas and new years with the Belnap's this year. It was really neat to go to church on Christmas morning and it helped remind me the true meaning of Christmas. We got a new camera for Christmas from my folks. It's just a basic sony camera but it works great, no more fuzzy pictures, yeah! We took a few pictures on Christmas day by the tree with some of the presents we got for Christmas. Devin and I both got coats and I love the one Devin picked out for me. I surprised Devin with an RC helicopter and he loves playing with it. It's pretty fun to fly it just takes practice to get it to go in the direction you want it to go.

For New Year's we went bowling. It was a blast and I love that tradition! After we got home from bowling we lit the tree on fire with roman candles.

Christmas Decor

I finished the Christmas tree skirt I was working on. I'm really happy how it turned out. Sadly enough we don't have a Christmas tree to utilize the skirt. I also took a picture of our nativity set. We got it as a wedding gift and I absolutely love it. Last year I made stockings for Devin and I so I thought I'd take a picture of those as well. I love this time of year and I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas.

Baby Talk

Yesterday our friends Grant and Brianne came over to congratulate us and they gave us our first little baby gift. It made me so happy! Thanks guys:) I don't think it has really hit me that there is a baby inside me. So far I have just been really sick. As soon as I opened the gift, it really hit me. There is a little baby in me and Devin and I will be parents in six months. Aahhh, crazy! We have our second appt. this friday. I just always hope and pray that the baby is healthy and all goes well. Thanks for all the support and love.

Oh Baby Oh Baby!!

Well it's true, Devin and I are expecting a little baby bundle of joy!! I am currently 11 weeks along and the due date is June 19th.

Golden Dragon Chinese Acrobatics

Last Saturday we went to a chinese acrobatic show here in Rexburg, ID. Oh my goodness these little chinese people are amazing. The show was very very good. They would balance on something that was balancing on something that was balancing on something. It was crazy! One guy was balancing on chairs from the floor all the way up to the ceiling and then balanced on one arm. After the show Devin wanted to go home and try balancing our kitchen table with his feet. It was a really fun show to go to and they were incredible.

Halloween 2011

For Halloween I was Little Red Riding Hood and Devin was the Big Bad Wolf. I love dressing up for Halloween it's so much fun. That night we had taco soup, sugar cookies and played murder in the dark. It was a lot of fun.

Lost

Last Saturday we went to a Straw Maze with our ward. It was a lot of fun. We got lost but we finally made our way to the exit an hour later. At night the scary ghouls and monsters come out so I was walking really fast because I wanted to get out before they came out. There were a few monsters and zombies that scared us but the good part is that we got out alive. There was also a camel at the straw maze. It was pretty big and had really soft, thick fur. It was really cool. After the maze we went to our friends place and taught everyone how to play BANG. We had a really fun night.
